We aim to provide every customer with the reassurance and level of service that should come as standard whether you’re buying a new or used car. Every Carcraft Car comes with a comprehensive 1 year parts and labour guarantee as standard. All our cars are RAC Accredited ahaving had a full and thorough pre-sale mechanical inspection.

FREE Servicing for 1 year

Every Carcraft Car comes with free servicing for one year at a Carcraft Service Centre.
This includes all the servicing based on the schedule recommended by the manufacturer of the car, and includes all labour and consumables (oil, screen wash etc) which are part of the appropriate Carcraft Interim or Premium service.

RAC Roadside, Recovery and Home start

If a breakdown leaves you stranded by the roadside, or even on your drive, in the United Kingdom during the first year of owning your car, RAC Roadside, Recovery and Home start will be available for you, free of charge.

RAC Accredited Vehicles

All our cars are RAC Accredited. Every one undergoes a thorough 120 point pre-delivery inspection by our team of expert mechanics before it goes on sale and our vehicle preparation process is audited by the RAC each month. It also gets a full valet so it looks beautiful for its new owner! Every one is HPI checked too, to provide complete peace of mind against outstanding finance or insurance write off.

7 Day ‘no quibble’ Exchange Policy

If within 7 days of buying your car you aren’t totally happy with it, just bring it back to us and we’ll exchange it for an alternative of your choice from our showroom. The only condition is that you have done less than 500 miles since taking delivery.

Guaranteed part exchange on your old car

To help make things as affordable as possible, Carcraft guarantees to take your old car in part exchange. Whatever the make, model, age or condition, even if it has no MOT, we'll accept your car as a deposit against any vehicle in stock. Car's damaged? Don't worry, we�ll still accept it in part exchange. All we ask is that you bring your log book (V5), MOT and any other documentation such as the owner's handbook, the car's service record, spare keys and any radio code. Outstanding finance on your existing car? No problem, we can handle that for you too!

In order to drive your car away today, you'll need to bring your driving licence (including the counterpart), a utility bill showing your current address dated within the last 3 months and a proof of signature. We may also require recent wage slips (if you're arranging finance), documents for your old car (if you're part exchanging) and your current insurance details.

We understand that you'll want to drive your new car home but you may not have had the time to search around for a competitive insurance quote. Carcraft is an Aviva Driveaway approved dealer, providing customers aged 21 or over with 7 days free comprehensive insurance, so you have plenty of time to find the cover that best suits you and your new car. Cover notes are provided within the hour, leaving you to enjoy your new car with complete peace of mind.

If your car needs an MOT in the first year, we’ll do this free of charge at one of our Carcraft Service Centres

RAC Accident Care

If you’re unlucky enough to be involved in a road traffic accident RAC Accident Care offers immediate help and advice at the scene of the accident and on what steps need to be taken next. RAC Accident Care also includes free personal injury consultations for the driver and all passengers. This service is provided FREE for one year, with all our cars.
