If something is to happen to your car in the first year of ownership, you can be confident that we are here to help. It doesn't have to end there either, at an additional cost we can also provide a 3, 4 and 5 year extended Drive Happy Guarantee for that extra peace of mind.

Even the finest, smoothest-running cars should be regularly serviced and, here at Carcraft, we are happy to carry this out free of charge during your first year as the owner of one of our vehicles.
At our Carcraft Service Centre, staffed by our team of expert mechanics, you can expect everything outlined by your car manufacturer’s schedule to be covered as part of our service. All labour costs and consumable items, such as screen wash and oil, are included according to whether you opt for our Interim or Premium service when buying.

We take pride in offering quality used cars to people across the UK, and with 11 showrooms dotted around the country, you’ll have no trouble in finding a branch of Carcraft near you. Everything we do is centred around making it as easy as possible for you to find and buy the car of your dreams. We also understand that everyone has different working schedules, so we keep our showrooms open until 9:00pm each weeknight, and until late on weekends (please see individual sites for exact opening times) – meaning you’re able to come and browse the cars we have on offer when it suits you.
An MOT – you can’t drive your car without one if its over 3 years old, but it can be an unwelcome surprise with the cost it brings. Fortunately, at Carcraft we will carry out an MOT test free of charge if your vehicle needs one in its first year of your ownership.
Don’t forget as well that, even after the first year, we can still save you up to £14 per MOT at our service centres, and that we can double this up with a vehicle service to lower costs and inconvenience further.
When buying a car, we understand that the last thing you are looking for is a vehicle that makes a nuisance of itself from day one. That’s why not a single one of our cars becomes available for sale until it’s passed a rigorous 120-point inspection, carried out by our qualified team of mechanics. With a full valet included too, your next car will look every bit as good as it functions.
For added peace of mind, our cars are also HPI checked, so you can be confident that they won’t come with any hidden baggage, easing concerns of write-offs or outstanding finance under previous ownership.
When you’ve gone through the process of buying a new car, the last thing you want is to wait days before getting behind the wheel. This is why our customers are able to drive away on the day. There are just a few items you need to bring with you: a full driving licence and its counterpart, a utility bill from the last three months that bears your current address and some proof of signature. Recent wage slips are required if you’re arranging finance, and with part exchanging, we’ll require documents for the old vehicle. Lastly, our customers need their current insurance details.
At Carcraft, we guarantee that we will take your old car in part exchange – regardless of its make and model, and even its age and condition. If it doesn’t have an MOT certificate, that’s not an issue either - we can still accept it in part exchange for any of the models we currently have in stock. To make things even easier, we only ask you to bring along the vehicle’s documents and any relevant items – such as the log book (V5), previous MOT details and spare keys or service records. Even if there is outstanding finance on your car, we can accept it.
Is there a more miserable experience than a puncture or flat battery? At least the blow can be softened if you have adequate cover, which is what we provide here at Carcraft.
With the RAC Roadside, Recovery and Homestart package, help is at hand if you have a breakdown anywhere in the UK within your first year of ownership – whether it’s a long way from home or on your own drive. While a breakdown is something all of us hope to avoid, this service is worth its weight in gold should one occur.
