About Citroen C5

Unmistakeably German, yet made in France and undeniably handsome. The used Citroen C5, introduced in 2008, comes with a nice interior, gorgeous exterior and a solid stamp of quality running right through it. Although the saloon-only branding aligns it with the German marques, it competes more with the Ford Mondeo and Vauxhall Insignia. There's a choice of two petrols, a 127bhp 1.8-litre and a 143bhp 2.0-litre, the latter replaced in 2009 by a turbocharged 155bhp 1.6-litre that's quicker and more economical. The 2.0-litre is the best diesel, returning around 47mpg.

Comfort on your used Citroen C5 is exceptional, with seats you'll want to put in your lounge and acres of leg and head room. On the road, it's quiet and serene. The boot is big and the rear seats fold flat, while equipment levels are excellent - even entry-levels come with electronic stability protection, traction control, electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, air-con and much more. Behind the wheel, you could be driving an Audi or Mercedes, with solid, quality detailing, but without the larger price tag.

If you want to discuss part exchange or car finance on a used Citroen C5, your Carcraft representative will be happy to oblige.
