Motorists who decide to purchase a used Fiat Panda are in for an enjoyable time.

According to What Car? magazine, the Fiat Panda can be picked up for a very reasonable price and is "a pleasure for driver and passengers alike".

It said that the city car has excellent levels of refinement, good handling and a range of spirited engines to choose from.

Used car buyers were advised that there is plenty of space for four passengers inside a Fiat Panda, while the boot also has plenty of room for luggage.

The Top Gear website has also highly commended the Fiat Panda, noting that it is "one of the cheapest cars to run and buy" on the market.

It said the car is very practical, with better levels of rear space than most other city cars.

The "super cool" Panda was also praised for its abilities on the road, with fast, light and accurate steering helping to make the vehicle a pleasure to drive.

"We love its simplicity, compact dimensions and four-wheel drive option," it said, summing up the Fiat Panda as an "under-appreciated gem".
