Job Description
Due to continued growth and success we have an exciting new role available for a professional training coach. As an experienced Sales Trainer you will develop both new and existing employees in relevant aspects of their role including sales and customer service.
You must have previous training experience ideally within the motor trade or with a strong sales background. You will provide on-going coaching and development of sales teams throughout our 11 branches, so flexibility is a must. You will develop and deliver training material and create training programmes for training days so experience in writing your own material will be an advantage.
You must hold a full driving license and be keen to work towards targets
